With this service, we’ll work together to explore ways to improve your diet to optimize your chances of conceiving and give your future baby a healthy start.
Growing, delivering and feeding a baby via your own body is no joke! I don’t believe in “snapping back” – you’ve got an altogether new life now and it’s okay to adjust accordingly! But I do want new mamas to feel confident that the foods and physical activity in their lives are working for them as they adjust to new motherhood. This is not counseling for weight loss, rather, my approach favors helping you nourish and feel your best in your new body.

We’ll discuss the challenges specific to your family and your schedule and develop a plan to restore your sanity when it comes to feeding yourself and your loved ones.

If you know or suspect that your baby is reacting to certain foods in your diet, we’ll work together to determine an eating plan that is best for your baby and works for your life.
Your baby needs to start solids eventually, but often it’s the parent who doesn’t know where to begin! If you want a little hand-holding from a credentialed professional, this is the package for you. I use a modern approach of offering modified versions of the same foods the parents are eating. We’ll discuss how to modify food, potential allergic reactions and whether purees, baby led weaning or a combination approach is right for you and your child.
Often, a child’s eating habits are related to the parent’s behavior. We’ll work together to prevent or improve your child’s picky eating. You’ll learn the research-backed strategies to implement in order to set your child up for a lifetime of healthy eating habits. Note that at this time, I do not work with children facing developmental delays or sensory issues, however I am happy to refer you to another qualified professional if we discover this to be the case.
