100% Fruit Popsicles

Ingredients

  • Frozen fruit likely about 2 cups
  • 100 % juice likely about 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Determine how many liquid ounces of mixture you need (number of ounces in one of your popsicle molds x the total number of molds.)*
  2. Fill a measuring cup with frozen fruit to reach the number of ounces you need. Fill the cup with juice to fill in the gaps.
  3. Allow the mixture to sit for about 5 minutes to slightly soften the frozen fruit.
  4. Transfer mixture to a blender, blend until completely smooth.
  5. Distribute mixture among popsicle molds and freeze at least 8 hours.

Recipe Notes

*Mine come to 18 ounces, so I fill up a two cup measuring cup slightly above the two cup mark.
